Refund Policy
Once the Kundali report has been generated and delivered, we do not offer refunds. This is because each report is uniquely created for each individual based on personal data provided by the customer. Please ensure that all details submitted are accurate to avoid any issues.
However, if you believe there has been an error in the report or it doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact our support team at support@nukshatra.org, and we will work to resolve any concerns.
Return Policy
As our products are entirely digital, there is no physical product to return. Once the Kundali report is delivered via email or WhatsApp, it is considered final. No returns are applicable to digital products.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only possible before the Kundali report has been generated. Once the report creation process has begun and the report is in progress or delivered, cancellations are not allowed.
